Who we are
ReviewReactie is a service that writes and posts replies to Google reviews on behalf of business owners. Questions about this policy? Email hallo@reviewreactie.nl.
What data we process
- Account details: your email address and an encrypted password.
- Business profile and style: business name, industry, tone, sign-off, contact details for complaints, and your own instructions.
- Reviews and replies: the reviews we fetch through your Google profile or that you paste in, and the generated replies, so you can always see and edit them.
- Payment details: these are processed by Stripe on our behalf; we never see your full card or account number.
- Google Business Profile: if you connect your Google account, we only get access to read and reply to reviews on your business profile. We store that permission encrypted, and you can revoke it at any time.
Why we process this data
To deliver the service: writing and posting replies, managing your subscription, emailing you an overview of what was posted, and showing your history. We don't use your data for advertising purposes and don't sell it to third parties.
External parties we use
- Anthropic — processes the review text and your style settings to write replies.
- Google — for reading and replying to reviews on your business profile.
- Stripe — processes payments for the subscription.
- Resend — sends the emails about what was posted.
Retention period
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. After cancelling, you can request that your account and associated data be deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Email us to make use of this.
Cookies
We only use a technically necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies.
