The service
ReviewReactie uses AI to write replies to Google reviews and, if you turn it on, posts them automatically to your connected Google Business Profile. You remain responsible for what's posted on behalf of your business; you can edit or remove any reply, even afterwards.
Subscription and payment
The subscription is billed monthly in advance via Stripe and can be cancelled at any time, with no notice period. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current period.
Use of AI
Generated replies are suggestions based on the review and your style settings. With automatic replying, the system posts the reply on your behalf; you get an email about it and can always update the reply. ReviewReactie is not liable for the content of a posted reply.
Connecting your Google Business Profile
By connecting, you grant permission to read reviews on your business profile and post replies on your behalf. You can revoke this connection at any time, in your settings or through your own Google account.
Cancellation and deletion
You can cancel your account at any time. On request, we delete your data, except where we're legally required to retain it (for example, billing records).
